I mars 2020 delades verksamheten i AB Somatherm i två delar. Niclas Söderholm som arbetat inom bolaget i snart 30 år och som varit försäljningschef för handdukstorkar och handtorkar i många år tog tillsammans med Magnus Johansson över denna del av verksamheten och startade bolaget Somatherm Heating & Drying AB. Magnus kommer närmast från värmekabelleverantören Ebeco, där han har jobbat i ca 15 År. Därför var det ett naturligt steg att lyfta in värmekabel i sortimentet för badrum, tak, mark, frost mm.
