Witsel was commissioned to install outdoor lighting

Good protection class and easy installation were two of the most important requirements. The choice fell on the Easyfit+ IP66 linear luminaire.

- We have worked with Happy Golfer for several years and have also previously installed lighting for them. Now it was a matter of installing suitable lighting so that they could light up their 245-meter long driving range in the evenings. On the driving range, golfers can practice and improve their golf swing and ball strikes, says Victor, project manager at Witsel. More light was required - Happy Golfer also previously had a driving range but has now supplemented it with Trackman Range, a system that allows the golfer to follow every shot and get data on their progress. For this, screens had been built over the teeing ground, which made it a bit dark and they therefore needed to supplement it with lighting, says Victor. Easy installation - This spring we installed a total of 8 Easyfit+ IP66 at the driving range at Happy Golfer. These luminaires provide very good light to the 16 places and the customer is satisfied with the result. The luminaires were very easy to install. The terminals are close to where you insert the cable, you just have to screw up two brackets and then push the luminaire into them.
