      Easy installation in beam systems

Installing cable support in beam systems is common in industrial projects, but can be a time-consuming task that involves many parts and components. If the installation means that the beam has to be drilled, the strength of the construction is also negatively affected, which can create problems in the inspection phase. During the construction of a large battery production facility in northern Sweden, Wibe created a customized solution together with the installer Eitech that enables quick installation in a beam system without affecting the beams. The customer was so satisfied that they have used it in several other projects. Now we have developed and refined the solution into a product family specially adapted for industrial projects. The BM vertical piece is adapted for I-beams with a width of 200-300 mm, and is a further development of our strongest vertical pieces 20, 20F and 20FS. The BM vertical piece has a large ceiling plate that is placed in the center under the beam, and then clamped to the flange of the beam with a special set of clamps and screws. Specially designed grooves in the ceiling plate lock the clamp and prevent the vertical piece from moving or coming loose. Installation is relatively simple without cutting and drilling, providing large time savings, and involves few components which means easier logistics. The BM pendant is available in hot-dip galvanized steel for C4 environments, in lengths between 0.5 and 6 meters. If necessary, it can be extended using a jointing piece and rail. Clamps and screw sets are ordered separately and are available in four different lengths for flanges between 0 and 40 mm thickness.

    2. EBR ESA Skilled Basic

      EBR ESA Skilled Basic

ESA is a mandatory training course focused on how to prevent electrical hazards, work safely, and respond to electrical accidents. We offer several ESA training programs for all professional categories, from trained electricians working with high voltage to janitors working in electrical installations. ESA EBR Skilled Basic is a 2-day course designed for those taking ESA training for the first time. It provides knowledge on how to plan and organize work to be performed safely according to the Electrical Safety Instructions (ESA). The course covers topics such as responsibilities, functions, planning, risk management, and safe communication. After completing the training, participants will be able to apply the theoretical content of the ESA publications in their daily practical work, thereby avoiding risks associated with electrical work.

    3. ECHO

      ECHO

As a true echo, Echo, our dimmable downlight series for public environments, is now being relaunched - in even more sizes for both indoor and outdoor use. Skip changing the cover rings, instead choose a complete fixture in the size you need. Echo is our large product family that covers holes from 103-300mm. All-round luminaires for environments that require a lot of light, for example in rooms with higher ceiling heights or corridors and shops. Perfect for new installation and replacement of old compact fluorescent lamps for a significantly more energy efficient installation. Selectable color temperature via DIP switch, 3000K, 4000K and 5700K. Echo M and Echo L also have adjustable light flow via DIP switch. Supplied complete with driver for phase dimming or DALI-2. DALI-2 is delivered with our new Q-box Micro, quick terminals and screwless strain relief. Dimmable with the most common dimmers on the market.
