GARO implements strategic corporate consolidation

GARO is carrying out a strategic consolidation in which three of the Group's current operations are brought together in a joint company. This is done by consolidating the companies GARO Elflex and GARO Montage into GARO AB.

The new structure means, among other things, shorter lead times, more efficient logistics flows and easier contact routes for customers and partners.

The consolidation also creates opportunities for synergies in both production, purchasing and administration. With improved process flows and increased operational efficiency, GARO's market position and long-term profitability are strengthened. In short, a more efficient business with a clear structure towards the market.

The GARO E-mobility business area will not be affected by the change and will continue to be operated in GARO E-mobility AB in accordance with the current structure.

The merger becomes effective on May 4, 2026. All existing agreements, commitments and customer relationships will remain in place and will be transferred to the new legal entity.
